摘要
水环境功能区的划分是为了对水域实行分类管理,把不同的环境目标体现于对不同水环境功能的保护。对全省6大水系的497个水域进行了水环境功能区划分,功能类别可达的占73 2%,难以达到的占19 7%,后者多为流经城市的河流、城市附近的湖泊及较大污染源的纳污河段。应从6个方面采取对策,促进地表水水环境功能达标。
In order to manage the waters,we classify the regionization of water environmental function,carry out different environmental object and protective measures to different regionization of water function.We classify six water systems and 497 waters of Yunnan province to different regionization of water environmental function.73.2 percent of them can reach the standard,but 19.7 percent can hardly reach the standard.Most of the latter are the rivers crossing through the city,the lakes near the city and the rivers receiving from the polluted source.We should take measures from 6 aspects to make the water function reach the standard.
