摘要
利用Ph3SnOH和 3 吲哚丁酸以 1∶1摩尔比反应 ,合成了新型含羧酸配体的鼓形有机锡氧簇合物 :六聚苯基锡氧 3 吲哚丁酸酯 .通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征 .测试结果表明 :该化合物为三斜晶系 ,空间群P1- ,a =1.172 2 (6)nm ,b =1.5 694(8)nm ,c=1.72 2 7(9)nm ,α =116.2 5 1(8)° ,β =10 0 .85 4(10 )° ,γ =95 .60 6(9)° ,Z =1,V =2 .732 (3)nm3,Dc=1.5 5 4g·cm-3,μ =1.42 0mm-1,F(0 0 0 ) =12 76,R =0 .0 630 ,wR =0 .0 762 .晶体结构中 。
A novel drum organooxotin cluster hexameric phenyloxotin 3-indolpropylcarboxylate was synthesized by the reaction of Ph3SnOH with 3-indolpropylcarboxylic acid in 1:1 molar ratio. The crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group P $(1) over bar $, alpha = 1.1722(6) nm, b = 1.5694(8) nm, c =1.7227(9) nm, alpha = 116.251(8)', beta = 100. 854(10)degrees, gamma = 95.606(9)degrees, Z = 1, V = 2.732(3) nm(3), D-c = 1.554 g.cm(-3), mu = 1.420 mm(-1), F(000) -1276, R = 0.0630, wR = 0.0762. In crystal, the tin atoms rendered six-coordinated in a distorted octahedron geometry.
