摘要
设计了齿轮箱故障模拟器,对齿轮断齿或磨损、联轴器不对中、基础松动等振动故障进行了模拟,设计了合理的加载装置,并对故障模拟波形进行了频谱分析.
A gearbox fault simulator is designed to simulate the gearwheel break,coupling fixing error,foundation unfirm and some other faults.A reasonable load equipment is designed and the gearbox failure vibration spectrum is analyzed,too.
