摘要
以Cu、Ni作为主要的添加元素 ,通过正交试验的方法研究了合金元素Cu、Ni、Si对接头剪切强度的影响。同时 ,利用扫描电镜对各钎料的显微组织进行了分析。研究结果表明 ,对剪切强度的影响程度由Si、Ni到Cu依次减弱 ,且随着合金元素Si、Ni、Cu含量的增大 ,其接头剪切强度先增大后降低。
In this paper, Cu and Ni have been chosen to be added into Al-Si filler metal and the effects of Cu, Ni and Si on the shear strength of brazed joint have been studied by orthogonal design. At the same time, the microstructures of new designed filler metals have been analyzed by SEM(Scanning Electric Microscope). The result shows that the effects of Si? Ni and Cu on the shear strength of joint are descending successively. Moreover, when the content of additions changes from low to high, the shear strength of joint increases obviously at first, then decreases.$$$$
