摘要
本文报导金盏菊黄色素的提取及其理化性质的研究,为开发利用这一新的食用天然色素提供必要的科学依据。
In the paper reported extraction on the yellow pigment of potmarigold calendula and studied chemical and phygicul properties. It will provide sci- entific basis for open up the new natural food pigment. In this paper the extraction of the yellow pigment from the potmarigold calendula is reported and its chemical and physical properties are studied This results willprovide a scientific basis for the usage of a new natural food pig- ment.
