烯效唑(S-3307)对秧苗抗寒性的影响及其作用机理研究 被引量:27

摘要 研究了不同播期下不同质量浓度的S -3 3 0 7(烯效唑 )浸种对秧苗抗寒性的影响效果。结果表明 ,S -3 3 0 7浸种能显著降低常规播期 (大田生产条件下播期 )下秧苗的死苗率和枯尖率 ,其中以 2 0mg L质量浓度处理效果最佳。其抗寒机理为S -3 3 0 7提高了SOD、POD、CAT活性 ,减少了膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量 ,降低了电解质渗透率 ;同时 ,增加了秧苗体内代谢物质游离脯氨酸含量 。 The effect of soaking seeds in uniconazole (S-3307) solution of different concentration on cold resistance of rice seedlings was studied under different seeding dates. The results showed that soaking seeds in S-3307 significantly decreased the dead seedling percentage and stagheaded seedling percentage under the usual seeding time of production, and the treatment of 20 mg/L of S-3307 solution showed the best effect. Its mechanism of cold resistance was that S-3307 increased the activities of SOD, POD, and CAT, and decreased the content of MDA (the products of membrane lipid peroxidation) and ion leakage. And it also increased free proline content of seedlings (the metabolits of rice seedlings), thus alleviating the water deficiency of seedlings under cold stress.
