摘要
针对内燃机废气排放的动态检测 ,介绍了一种利用质谱仪进行检测的方法。飞行时间质谱仪和四极质谱仪是现有质谱系统中速度较快的动态质谱仪器 ,四极质谱仪可以在毫秒级时间内实现单峰质谱扫描 ,飞行时间质谱仪甚至可以达到纳秒级。对上述两种质谱仪器的原理进行了介绍 ,提出了动态检测的系统方案。给出了两种质谱仪动态检测内燃机排气成分的试验结果 。
A new dynamic measuring method of exhaust gas from internal combustion engines by using a mass spectrograph is reported. Among the present mass spectrographs, quadrupole mass spectrograph and time of flight mass spectrograph are the ones with high response speed. The former can scan a single peak mass spectrum within milliseconds, while the latter even achieves it within nanoseconds. Instructions of time of flight mass spectrograph and quadrupole mass spectrograph are given, and the scheme of dynamic measuring system for gaseous emission from an engine are presented. The dynamically testing of exhaust gas measurement was carried out, and the results revealed that it was feasible to dynamically detect an engine exhaust emission by using time of flight and quadrupole mass spectrographs.
