鼻咽癌患者血清铜与氧化应激反应的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨鼻咽癌患者血清铜 (Cu)与氧化应激反应的相关性。方法 :测定 111例鼻咽癌患者和 36例健康对照者血清铜 (Cu)、铜蓝蛋白 (CER)及丙二醛 (MDA)浓度 ,并进行对比分析。结果 :鼻咽癌患者脂质过氧化水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;铜蓝蛋白 (CER)明显升高 (P <0 .0 2 ) ;血清铜浓度明显升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;血清Cu和丙二醛呈明显相关性 (γ =0 .2 81,P =0 .0 0 3)。结论 :鼻咽癌患者血清微量元素铜 (Cu)与氧化应激反应呈正相关。 Objective: To investigate the relativity of the oxidative stress and the serum copper of the carcinoma of nasopharynx(NPC) patients.Methods: The concentration of serum copper,CER and MDA of 111 cases of NPC patients was detected and compared with control group. Results:The study showed that the serum MDA of the patients was significantly increased than the control ( P <0.001);the serum CER concentration was significantly higher in the NPC patients ( P <0.02);and the serum copper level was significantly increased than the control ( P <0.001). Conclusion: The oxidative stress of NPC is related to the trace element.
