摘要
买地券是汉代主要是东汉以来随葬的一种反映土地私有权及其观念的文书,是土地买卖导致所有权转移的法律凭证。作为出土实物文献,买地券基本保持了当时的原貌,可信度比较高,在汉代土地制度、经济史、语言文字等方面均有重要的史料和研究价值。对东汉时期买地券的著录和研究情况进行了简要梳理,著录方面以列表形式从发端、其他著录、赝品著录等三个方面简单介绍了东汉买地券的著录情况;研究方面则从正名、溯源、性质探讨、辨伪、作为史料之用及其它等六个方面概述了东汉买地券的研究情况,并分析其研究特点。
The land purchase certificate is a kind of document which reflects the private ownship of the land and the mentality of the private ownership, and it is a funeral object in Han Dynasty, especially in Eastern Han. As a kind of material object from underground, the land purchase certificate keeps its original features, which is more reliable than the traditional books. And it has important historical date and studying values in land system, economy histroy, language and characters of Han Dynasty. This article mainly makes a summary of the collecting and studying on the land purchase certificate of the Eastern Han Dynasty. About collection, we introduce it briefly from its beginning, other collection and fake collection through the table; About studying, we summarize it from clearing the name, tracing to its source, exploring ist quality, discriminating its genuine and sham, being the historical data and other aspercts. And we analyze its studying characteristics in the end.
