摘要
将无环鸟苷(ACV)分別与黄芪有效部分AⅥ和AⅦ联合,用细胞病变(CPE)抑制法测定联合抗Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1和HSV-2)作用。结果表明,AⅥCV与AⅦ联合对HSV-1呈相加作用,其联合抑制分数(FIC)指数为0.750,ACV与AⅥ联合对HSV-2亦呈相加作用(FIC指数=0.749),而ACV与AⅥ联合对HSV-1则呈现协同作用(FIC指数=0.498),该作用在病毒产量减少试验中也得到证实。
Combination of acyclovir(ACV) with AⅥ or AⅦ of Astragalus membranaceus against herpes simplex virus type 1 and 2 (HSV-1 and HSV-3) were studied by cytopathic effect (CPE) inhibition assay on Vero-E_6 cell cultures. The results showed that the combinations of ACV with AⅦ against HSV 1 or ACV with AⅥ against HSV-2 all had additive effects. The corresponding FIC indices were 0.750 and 0.749. Whereas the effect of combination of ACV with AⅥ against HSV 1 was synergistic. The FIC index was 0.498. The synergistic effect was also proved by virus yield reduction assay.
