摘要
研究指出,Ni的添加导致Ag-Cu-In-Sn合金固—液相线温度升高,结晶间隔△t值增大,但在相同Ni含量的合金中,上述影响会随着合金内Sn含量的增加而减弱;微量Ni可明显地提高合金在Ni、Cu等母材上的润湿性和漫流性,并使钎接母材的接头强度显著改善。
The effects of the addition oi 0.15~1.0 wt.% nickel on the brazing characteristics ofAg_(57.6) Cu_(22.4) In_(20-x) Sn_x (5≤x≤12) alloys were studied. The results showed that the intcrvad of temperature of solidus and liqidus were elevated, and the crystalline the of alloys was expanded by the addition of nickel in AgCuInSn alloys. The wetting and spreading of AgCuInSn alloys on the base materials, such as nickel and copper, were improved obviously by the addition of a small amount of nickel, and the strength of brazing unite was also increased.
