摘要
通过TEM研究了Au-Ni-Fe-Cr-In-Zr合金显微组织与性能表明,合金中大量的分散相粒子对合金起弥散强化作用;超过600℃退火,合金强度与硬度反常升高的现象与尚未回溶的分散相粒子对晶界迁移的阻碍作用有关;合金中还发现三种未知的g相,ω相和η相。
The relation between mierostrueture and properties of Au-Ni-Fe-Cr-In-Zr alloy has been studied by Transmission Electron Microscope. Theresults show that the plenty of dispersoid phase particles play an important role of dispersionstrengthening; the abnormal enhancement of strength and hardening of the alloy annealed over 600℃ is much probably relation to the impediment of dispersoid phase particles without resolution to the removement of grain boundary. There are three unidentified phases (g phase, ω phase and η phase) in the alloy observed also.
