摘要
回顾人类生产力发展的历史 ,深刻理解“我们党要始终代表中国先进生产力的发展要求”这一内涵 ,是保证中小学干部培训工作的顺利开展的重要思想基础。干部培训工作落实“三个代表”的重要思想 ,最重要的是更新思想观念 ,树立“科学技术是第一生产力”的思想 ,大力加强劳动者素质的教育 ,扎扎实实地推进素质教育。
Looking back the history of human beings' productivity development, deeply understanding the connotation our Party represent from beginning to end the development requirement of China advanced productivity, the administrators' training job lies in the fulfillment to the important thoughts on Three Representatives. The most important thing of all rests with the renewal of thought concept, the establishment of thought that science technology is the first productivity, the further reinforcement of labors' quality education, and the solid promotion of quality education.
