摘要
素质教育既是一种教育理论 ,又是一种工作模式。要抓好这一工作 ,应确立新理念、创设新机制。
Quality education is a working model as well as an educational theory. New notion of education, new working mechanism and new working model should be established to meet the needs of quality education.
