摘要
依法治国方略的实现,需要有一个强大的法律职业共同体,而我国法律职业教育却未能培养出大批的高层次应用型法律人才.美国JD教育,作为美国最为重要的法律教育模式,是以培养法律家为目标的本科后职业教育.本文就我国法律教育的现状及其存在的问题进行了剖析,认为借鉴美国JD教育的成功经验,完善我国法律硕士专业教育即JM教育,是我国法律教育改革的正确方向.
To govern the country according to law, a strong community of legal vocation is needed, while we haven't cultivated large quantities of high leveled and applying legal persons yet. JD education, as the most important pattern of US legal education, is a kind of vocational education after bachelor, with the goal of cultivating lawyers. This article analyses the situation and the problems of legal education in China, and suggests that the right orientation of legal education reform in China is to perfect Chinese JM education by using for reference the successful experience of US JD education.
