摘要
从发光的定义及基本方式出发 ,论述了发光的重要理论基础 ,扼要介绍了微腔发光、量子阱及超晶格发光、多孔硅发光、纳米材料、上转换及量子剪裁现象、闪烁晶体中的交替发光机制、有机场致发光、蓝光及紫外光的获得、存储技术、灯用材料、平板显示及近场显微技术等方面的近期研究进展 。
With the beginning of the definition and fundamental way of luminescence, the important theoretical basis of luminescence was discussed, and the research progress in such fields recently was introduced briefly as microcavity luminescence, quantum well and superlattice luminescence, porous silicon luminescence, nanomaterial, upconversion and quantum shearing phenomena, the alternative luminescent mechanism in scintillation crystal, organic electroluminescence, the acquisition of blue light and vita light, memory technology, lamp materials, plate display and near-field microscopy. At the same time, the research fields deserving attention in the future were forecasted.
