摘要
利用SEM观察了Ni-SiC复合镀层的表面形貌结构 ,同时利用电化学方法对铝合金表面电沉积Ni-SiC复合镀层的耐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,Ni-SiC复合镀层的表面形貌与纯Ni镀层截然不同 ,耐蚀性能优于纯Ni镀层 ,经过 3 0 0℃× 2h热处理后 。
The composition morphology of the coating was analyzed by scaning electron microscope(SEM) and the corrosion resistance of Ni-SiC composite coating was investigated. Results showed:(1)The composition morphology of Ni-SiC coating is different from that of pure Ni coating. (2)The corrosion resistance of Ni-SiC composite coating for aluminium alloy substrate is much better than that of pure Ni coating,especially after the heat treatment at 300℃ for 2 hours.
