肝癌高发区泡菜提取物的遗传毒性

摘要 应用枯草杆菌重组修复试验和蚕豆根尖微核试验对肝癌高发区扶绥县泡菜提取物进行潜在遗传毒性测定,试验物质用氯仿和甲醇反复提取.结果表明泡菜提取物含有致DNA损伤和致植物染色体畸变的物质存在,具有遗传毒性,提示食用泡菜会摄入致突变致癌物质. Extracts of the pickled vegetable grown in high liver cancer incidence area were tested with Bacillus subtilis Rec-Assay and micronucleus test in vicia faba root tips for potential genotoxity.The materials to be feoted were extracted repeatedly with trichloromethane and methanol.The results showed that such extracts of the pickled vegetable had potential genotoxity, and suggested the presence of sub stances which induced damage to DNA and chremosome breakage of the plants.It is considered that the pickled vegetables grown in Fushi may contain mutagens and/or carcinogens.
