摘要
目的探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎的有效治疗方法。方法 16 0例随机分为两组 ,其中 96例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者用自制的前列腺治疗仪治疗 (治疗组 ) ;6 4例口服药物治疗 (对照组 )。结果治疗组 96例中临床治愈 6 6例 (6 8.8% ) ,显效 18例 (18.8% ) ,好转 8例 (8.3% ) ,有效率为 95 .8%。对照组 6 4例临床治愈 11例 (17.2 % ) ,显效 2 1例 (32 .8% ) ,好转 19例 (2 9.7% ) ,有效率为 79.7%。两组显效率和有效率比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组的主要症状、体征减轻时间及消失时间都明显短于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。前列腺液中白细胞计数恢复正常率明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论前列腺治疗仪对慢性细菌性前列腺炎是一种有效、安全舒适、科学的经尿道内治疗的新途径。
Objective To study the effective method for treaing chronic bacterial prostatitis. Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups, of whom 96 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis were treated by an innovated prostatic treatment instrument, as treatment group, and 64 cases were treated with oral administration of medicine, as control group. Results Among 96 cases, 66 cases were cured(68.8%), 18 were significant effective(18.8%), and 8 were improved (8.3%), with effective rate of 95.8%. Among 64 cases in control group, 11 cases were cured(17.2%), 21 cases were significant effective(32.8%) and 19 cases were improved(29.7%) with effective rate of 79.7%. There were significant differences in significant effective rate and effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01). The time of the main symptoms and signs in the treatment group alleviated or disappeared was shorter than that of control group(P<0.01). The turning negative rate of white blood cell count in prostatic fluid was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Results The prostatic treatment instrument for the patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis is an effective, safe, comfortable and scientific new method of endourethal treatment.
