摘要
为了解决钻井安全和保护油气层之间的矛盾,大港石油集团公司钻井泥浆技术服务公司研究出甲酸盐钻井液,该体系由提粘剂、降滤失剂、井壁保护荆、辅助抑制剂和甲酸盐等组成,根据需要还可加入消泡剂、水基润滑剂等处理剂。该钻井液在官109-1、王44、港508等5个断块应用了14口井,收到了预期的效果。应用结果表明,甲酸盐钻井液抑制防塌能力好,能较好地解决油层保护与井壁稳定的矛盾;惰性固体含量低,滤液与地层流体的配伍性强,有利于发现和保护油气层;体系摩阻和固相含量低,剪切稀释性强,有利于降低循环压耗,充分发挥水马力,提高钻井速度;对钻具和套管等的腐蚀小;对环境污染小;对固控设备要求高,现场必须配备好四级固控设备。
Laboratory experiment of formate drilling fluid system and its field application results are presented in this paper. The performances of system optimized in the case of increasing density with formate to 1. 5 g/cm3 are more excellent than in the case of low density. The drilling fluid must be weighted rapidly with barite and 20%-40% of ardmorite when well kick or well blowout occur. Sometimes, the cuttings miss instantly clean up, and this causes solid content increasing of the drill- ing fluid and its performances descend, thus, the diluting agent Ⅱ is optimized as the support diluting agent for the system. The performances of the formate drilling fluid system have been evaluated in laboratory and the results show that the system has strong abilities to inhibit mud shale hydration and dispersion and protect reservoir; high solid contamination resistance to satisfy the requirements of drilling gypsum layer and cement plug even in the case of contamination rate of core reaching 30%-40%. The drilling fluid system has been used in 14 wells of 5 blocks of Guan 109-1, Wang 44 and Gang 508, etc. in Dagang oilfield and the expected effects have been gained. And the field using has shown the formate drilling fluid has more advantages such as good inhibition, collapse controlling, solving the difficulties of protecting reservoir and stablizing borehole; low inert solid content, high compatibility with formation fluid and finding and protecting hydrocarbon zone; low solid content and fraction, strong shear and diluteness, decreasing cycling pressure, increasing hhp and ROP; little corrosion to pipe and casing; small environmental pollution. Also, the requirements of the system on solid control equipment are high and Class 4 solid control equipment must be prepared in site.
