摘要
目的 探讨小肠经不同腧穴对听性神经脑干反应影响的特异性。方法 豚鼠庆大霉素注射造模 ,选听宫、肩贞、后溪 3个穴位进行对比研究 ,观察对听性脑干反应的影响。结果 耳周局部穴位听宫对听性脑干反应的影响明显强于其他穴位 ,后溪和肩贞作用不明显 ,而后溪略强于肩贞。结论 并不是小肠经上的所有腧穴都与耳具有明显的相关性 。
Objective To investigate the specificity of the effects on auditory brainstem responses of different acupoints on the small intestine meridian of hand taiyang. Methods Guinea pig deafness model was induced by the injection of gentamicin; the acupoints of tinggong, jianzhen and houxi were chosen for a comparative study to observe their effects on the auditory brainstem responses. Results As far as the effects on the auditory brainstem responses were concerned, tinggong, as a periotic acupoint, was markedly stronger than both jianzhen and houxi while a comparison showed that houxi was a little bit stronger than jianzhen, although both of them did not show remarkably effects. Conclusion Not every acupoint on the small intestine meridian of hand taiyang has a correlation to the ear, and only the ones near the ear possess such a correlation.
