摘要
火电厂主汽温被控对象具有大迟延、非线性时变的特性,且在实际运行中存在诸多可测与不可测的扰动。将模糊建模技术与预测控制算法相结合,提出了一种模糊自适应预测控制算法。算法采用计算量较少的单值MAC形式,因此有效地降低了系统设计与实现的复杂性,提高了系统的实时性;单值MAC系统本身含有积分特性,使得采用该算法的模糊预测控制在鲁棒性、动态性能方面皆优于常规PID控制。仿真结果表明,该算法具有较强的负荷适应性。
The main-steam temperature with characteristics of nonlinear and time-variant of long dead time are often affected by many measurable and immeasurable disturbances in operation. A fuzzy adaptive predictive control scheme, combining fuzzy modeling and MAC, is presented. Adopting the single MAC, this arithmetic makes it easy in system design and application, and also improves real time performance. Because the fuzzy adaptive predictive control contains action of integral, it is better than PID in robustness and dynamic performance. The simulation results show that the proposed fuzzy predictive control has better load adaptability.
