摘要
古DNA技术使考古学对古人遗骸的研究得以进入分子水平 ,为民族考古学对过去人群的研究 ,如性别与家系鉴定、族属分辨、群体内部关系及群体迁徙等 ,提供了直接的证据 ,为高新技术与人文学科的交叉研究开辟了全新的领域。
Ancient DNA technologies make studying the ancients remains in archaeology enter into a molecular level,and provide a direct evidence for national archaeology to study the formerly multitude,such as identification of gender and family,identification of clan genus,inner relation of group,move of group,and so on. In addition,ancient DNA technology opens up a new field for overlapping study with new technology and humane subject.
