摘要
对用柑橘皮渣酸法提取果胶优化工艺作了研究,所得最佳工艺条件为:水料比10∶1,pH值1.5,温度85℃,时间60min.
*!The optimal technology of extracting pectin from citrus curf is studied. The optimal technological conditions are as follows: the ratio of water to material is 10∶1,PH=1.5,the temperature is 85℃,and the total time is 60 minutes.
