家族企业和家族式管理作为创业的较好模式 ,有其存在的合理性。当企业发展初具规模时 ,家族企业不可避免地暴露出本身的弊端 ,成为企业发展的障碍 ,迫切需要改革创新。
As a good model of starting an undertaking,the clan ent er prise and the clan type management have reasonable nature of existence. When the enterprise develops roughly in order, the clan enterprise exposes malpractice of itself unavoidably, and becomes the obstacle of enterprise development, and n eeds reform and innovat on urgently.
