摘要
信用 ,已经从一般道德规则发展为现代法律中的“帝王条款”。完善、健全的市场经济是以诚实信用为基础的。要建立社会信用 ,政府信用是关键。
Credit has changed from a general moral rule to a dominant article in the modern laws. A perfect and integrated market economy system is based on the credit. In some sense, the market economy is credit economy where the credit of the government is the key issue.
