摘要
根据四川苦丁茶的生态学特性和生长特性 ,采用不同种类和不同浓度的植物生长调节剂进行了苦丁茶硬枝插穗生根的试验。其结果表明 ,在 ABT生根粉、NAA和 IBA三种植物生长调节剂中 ,浓度为 80 0× 10 - 6 mg/ ml的 ABT处理最适合苦丁茶的扦插繁殖 ,浓度为 5 0× 10 - 6 mg/ ml的 IBA处理效果较好 ,浓度为 3 0 0× 10 - 6 mg/ ml的
According to the ecological characteristic and growth characteristic of Ligustrum henryi Hemsl, a rooting experiment was carried out by using different density and kind of plant growth regulators. The results showed that within the three plant growth regulators of ABT root powder, NAA and IBA, the cuttings treated with density 800×10 -6 mg/ml of ABT was more suitable, the cuttings treated with density 50×10 -6 mg/ml of IBA was excellent and the cuttings treated with density 300×10 -6 mg/ml of ABT was very poor.
