摘要
采用混浆喷雾干燥法,制备了微球W-Mn/SiO2催化剂,该微球催化剂的粒度分布合理,磨损指数合格,可以满足流化床操作的要求.在固定流化床实验装置上,考察了W-Mn/SiO2微球催化剂的甲烷氧化偶联催化性能.结果表明,在与固定床相似的实验条件下,微球催化剂的甲烷转化率相当,但碳二烃选择性较低,有待于进一步提高.
WMn/SiO2 microspherical catalyst was prepared by spray and evaporation method.The microspherical catalyst which has suitable granularmetric distribution and attrition index, can meet all the requests operated on fixed fluidbed reactor. The catalytic performances of WMn/SiO2 microspherical catalyst on oxidative coupling of methane was investigated over fixed fluidbed reactor. Under similar reaction conditions, the WMn/SiO2 microspherical catalyst over fixed fluidbed reactor shows comparative methane conversion and lower C2 hydrocarbon selectivity compared with the results reported over fixed bed reactor.
