江泽民集中全党全国人民的智慧,科学地回答了建设有中国特色社会主义实践中遇到的重大问题。本文就江泽民继承发展马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平法治理论;依法治国是当代中国的必然选择;依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略;"三个代表"重要思想是依法治国的指导方针等命题进行法哲学研究。
