STUDY ON STRUCTURES OF ALUMINIUM ELECTRODEPOSITED IN NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTES

摘要 本文利用 X 射线衍射及电镜等手段研究了在三氯化铝、氢化铝锂及四氢呋喃加甲苯的有机体系中,具有不同极化特性的镀液对镀层组织结构及延展性的影响.结果表明,镀液的极化特性、杂质含量及其存在形式是决定镀层延性好坏的重要因素.由阴极极化较大的镀液获得的镀层,其杂质锌、铜、碳等的含量较高,并以第二相的形式析出,致使镀层呈脆性,晶格常数减小;反之,由阴极极化较小的镀液获得的镀层,则由于少量杂质固溶于基体中,镀层延性好,晶格常数因以碳为主的杂质间隙固溶造成的膨胀畸变而增大. The effect of electrolytes with different polarizations on structures and ductility of Al electrodeposited in nonaqueous electrolytes including AlCl_3 LiAlH_4 and tetrahydrofuran dissolved in toluene has been studied by means of X-ray diffrac- tion,TEM,etc.The conclusions are as follows:The polarization of electrolytes,the amount of impurites and the form of their existence are the important factors deciding the ductility of Al electrodeposit.Al electrodeposit formed in the electrolyte with higher cathodic polarization consists of many impurites such as Zn,Cu,C and so on, which precipitate in the form of the 2nd phase.As a result,Al electrodeposit appears to be brittle and its crystal constant is reduced.Oppositely,as Al electrodeposit con- tains less impurites which exist in the solid solution of the matirx,the ductility has been improved,and its crystal lattice increases owing to the expanding distortion caused by the solid solution of impurites,especially C.
