摘要
长春市第十次党代会提出了要“把长春建设成为现代制造业中心、区域性物流中心和科教文化中心”的目标。建设“三大中心”,应在优先发展、整体推进、各有侧重的原则指导下,通过转变政府职能,构建行政支撑体系;实施人才兴业战略,构建人才支撑体系;开展诚信工程建设,构建诚信支撑体系等来加快“三大中心”建设的步伐。
In the10th Changchun Party Congress,a goal was put forward that we should build Changchun into a center of modern manufacturing industry,a center of regional interflow of commodities and a center of science,education and culture.To build these three centers,we should adhere to the principle of giving priority to development,promoting as a whole and laying stress on different aspects accordingly and construct system of administrative support through transforming the function of the government.We should implement the strategy of making our cause flourish by talented people and construct system of talent support.We should also start project of environmental construction and construct system of envionment support so that we can quicken the construction of'three centers'.
