摘要
导致家族企业内部委托代理机制效率低下的原因是多方面的 ,除了职业经理人道德水准不高之外 ,还有其它一系列因素。从企业内部而言 ,业主浓厚的集权情结、有限的知识存量、信息分享风险、业主诚信的丧失 ;从外部来说 ,职业经理人市场滞后 ,法制环境欠佳。要使委托代理机制根植于家族企业 ,必须采取综合性措施 ,而非仅仅从单方面提高经理人职业道德。
Except for the low morality level of occupational agent,there are a series of other factors resulting in agency principles's low efficiency in family business.In the term of the interior,the family business owner's dictatorial inclination ,Limitary knowledge storage and the risk of information share,especially the owner's deserting honest further occupational agent's low morality indirectly. In the term of the exterior,the lag of occupational agent,bad law environment,all of which prevent agency principle from operating effectively.In order to embed agency principle into the family business,we should take these factors into account and take systemic measures,instead of elevating occupational agent's morality level merely.
