摘要
对于我国近几年 ,尤其是 2 0 0 2年出现的读研究生热现象 ,通过建立人力资本投资模型 ,用实证的方法从经济学的角度阐明了读研究生作为人们的一种人力资本投资 ,是人们对投资成本和收益进行衡量后做出的选择。
