摘要
国外70年代后期研制成功、80年代初开始开发应用的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,在抗拉强度和弹性模量方面接近或超过某些高性能纤维,又因其比重小于1g/cm^3及其综合的优异特性,受到发展轻质、高比强、高比模的结构材料应用领域的广泛注目。本文概述了UHMW-PE纤维的加工技术原理、工艺、特点和国外已工业化生产的几个公司的技术路线、UHMW-PE纤维的性能和发展前景。
Since the invention of the gel spinning process and patent filling by DSMin 1979, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber was greatlydeveloped. The fibers are characterised by high strength and modulus. Theprocess technical principles, technologe and character of the fiber were describedin this paper, and the technical lines, the characters of the products and thedeveloping trend of several companies with commercialization of the fiberare introduced.
