摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定昔萘酸沙美特罗气雾剂中昔萘酸沙美特罗的含量。方法:采用 Ophenomenex 色谱柱,甲醇—水(85:15用磷酸调 PH 为3.0)为流动相,紫外检测波长为280nm 测定。结果:回归方程 Y=65185X-0.3363,r=0.9998,加样回收率平均值为99.8%,RSD=1.02%。结论:本方法简便,快速,重现性及精密度好。
Objective:To determine the content of Salmeterol Xinafoate in Salmeterol Xi- nafoate aerosol by HPLC.Method:The Chromatographic condition were as follows.Ophenomenex C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5νμm);methanol-water(85:15 ajusted to pH=3 with phosphoric acid)as the mobile phase;UV detector at 280nm.Results:The regression equation was Y= 65185X-0.3363,r-0.9998.The average recoveries were 99.8%,RSD=1.02%.Conclusion: This method was smiple,accurate,good reproducibility and sensitivity.
