摘要
目的 :探讨老年人上消化道出血的发病特点。方法 :以老年组 12 8例为实验组 ,非老年组 5 6例为对照组 ,比较两组间的临床表现、诱因、并发症、病因、预后。结果 :上述各项两组间的差异存在显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )甚至非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
Objective: To investigate clinical characteristic of the elderly cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods: Taking the 128 elderly cases as experimenting group and the 56 no-elderly cases as control subject and making a comparison between two groups of their clinical manifestations, incentives, complications, pathogenies and prognoses. Results: The difference between two groups are of considerable significance(P<0.05)and even of great value (P<0.01). Conclusion: The feature of the elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is particular.
