摘要
为观察莪术对实验大鼠胃排空及胃电的影响 ,采用不规则进食加稀盐酸喂养大鼠法 ,制作胃电节律失常动物模型 ,并随机分成B、C、D、E四组 ,分别给予生理盐水、2 5 %莪术水煎剂、5 0 %莪术水煎剂、0 1%吗丁啉混悬液 ,另取等量鼠作为正常对照组 (A)。2 8天后观察胃排空、检测胃电活动。结果 :2 5 %莪术水煎剂对模型大鼠的胃排空率、慢波频率变异系数和异常节律指数有明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,与 0 1%吗丁啉混悬液作用相似。提示 2 5 %莪术水煎剂对胃电节律失常有改善作用 ,能增强胃的动力顺应性 。
To observe the effects of zedoary on gastric evacuation and electricity,the foods and thin hydrochloride were irregularly given to the rats to bring about electrogastrogram disorder.The rats were then randomized into groups A,B,C and D,and respectively treated by normal saline,25% zedoary decoction,50% zedoary decoction and 0 1% Domperidoni suspension.Twenty eight days later,the gastric evacuation and electricity were detected again Results:25% zedoary decoction can obviously increase gastric evacuation,variation coefficient of slow wave frequency and abnormal rhythm indexes( P <0 01),similar to the action of 0 1% Domperidoni suspension.It is revealed that 25% zedoary decoction can improve electrogastrogram and gastrokinetic compliance to promote gastric dynamics.
