摘要
利用自然图像的低通频谱特性和小波系数整体上随分辨率的减低而增大这一事实 ,结合图像检测系统中目标识别算法更关注整体信息的特点 ,将嵌入式编码算法SPIHT应用于红外图像检测系统 ,通过对系统探测距离和SPIHT编解码参数的匹配 。
This paper applies the embedded codec-SPIHT to the infrared system which guarantees accuracy of target detecting and gets a good compressing effect as well through matching the system detecting distance with parameter of the codec according to the fact that nature image has a low pass spectrum and wavelet coefficient in the subbands increases as the scale decreases on the whole, combined with the fact that target recognition algorithm focuses more on the comprehensive information in the image detecting system.
