摘要
本文针对我国师资培训中存在问题的原因及解决办法进行论述,试图寻找一条适合我国高校师资培训发展的新途径。
The paper di scusses the problems in improving the qualities of college teachers' and brings forth respective solutions in an effort to seek a new approach suitable for the development of this training in China.
