摘要 目的 探讨c—fos癌基因在喉鳞癌(LSCC)组织中的表达及意义。方法 采用SABC免疫组化法检测42例LSCC及10例手术切缘正常组织中c—fos表达,并与LSCC发生部位、病理分级、临床分期及有无颈淋巴结转移相比较。结果 c—foS在LSCC中阳性率为69.0%,正常喉组织阳性率为10.0%,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。c—fos阳性率与肿瘤分级密切相关(P<0.05),但与肿瘤发生部位、分期及转移比较,两者比较有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 c—fos表达异常可能与喉鳞癌的发生有关。检测c—fos可作为判定喉鳞癌恶性程度的潜在指标之一。抗c—fos可能为肿瘤治疗提供一个新途径。 Objective To investigate the expression of c-fos oncogene products in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx (LSCC) and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods Using immunohistochemical method SABC, the expression of c-fos oncogene products in 42 cases of paraffin-embedded LSCC tissues and that in 10 cases of normal laryngeal tissues were compared. The positive rate of c-fos was compared with the tumor sites, pathological grades, clinical stages and cervical lymph node metastasis of LSCC. Results The positive rate of c-fos oncogene products staining was 69.0% in 42 cases with LSCC, while only 10.0% in the normal laryngeal tissues ( F <0.05). The c-fos was positively related to the tumor grade, but not related to the tumor sites, stages and metastasis ( P >0.05). Conclusion The aberrant expression of c-fos is closely related to the genesis of LSCC. c-fos may be one of the predictors for the malignant grade of LSCC. To inhibit the expression of c-fos or suppress its activity might be new therapeutic methods for LSCC.
