图书馆要适应网络化环境,加强现代化建设和功能的发挥,关键在于提高图书馆员的素质。图书馆员在网络化进程中的困惑、角色定位、新角色转变、承担的新责任和所需的素质技能都值得认真探讨。
The library will adapt ot the electric network environment, and strengthens brining into play of modernize building and meritorious service capacity, and the key rests with lifing the quality of library person. That library person is living in the electric network progress perplexes and part locates and fresh part transforms and the fresh responsibility and quality skill that requires undertake wholly merit the earnest inquirement.
