摘要
采用力化学的方法在开炼机上直接合成了氯乙烯 -甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物 [Poly( VC- co- MMA) ],考察了 MMA/PVC比率、薄通次数、引发剂等对共聚反应的影响。发现其共聚率最大可达到 5 .8% ,共聚效率可达到 89%。将用力化学法制得的 Poly( VC- co- MMA)共聚物用于 PVC/CPE共混物中 ,可以提高共混物的冲击强度和断裂伸长率 ,其改性效果明显优于纯 PMMA,Poly( VC- co- MMA)更有助于刚性粒子增韧。
Mechanochemical synthesis of the copolym er of vinyl chloride and methyl methylacrylate[ Poly(VC-co-MMA)] was studied i n open mill machine. The factors of the ratio of MMA/PVC, thin-passing times a nd adding initiator were discussed. Experimenmtal results show that the maximum degree and efficiency of copolymerization is 5.8% and 89%, respectively. Pol y(VC-co-MMA) can improve the impact strength and elongation at break of the bl end PVC/CPE/ Poly(VC-co-MMA) and it is prior to PMMA.
