摘要
采用SNA核算方法,对职业运动员的人力资本价值的核算进行研究,试图重新认识和评价职业运动员人力资本的价值和地位。结论:通过运用SNA核算方法,从宏观定量的角度确定职业运动员人力资本的价值,充分说明职业运动员是具有特殊知识的人力资源,他们对社会的发展和经济繁荣具有重要的贡献。
A study was made , by method of SNA, on the human capital value accounting of the professional athletes in order to reassess the human capital value and the position of the professional athletes. Based on a macroscopic assessment of the human capital value of the professional athletes through SNA, this paper demonstrated that professional athletes were human resources with special knowledge who had made great contributions to both social and economic development.
