摘要
本文对田螺、石螺及河蚬可食部分进行消化处理,采用冷原子吸收法对其痕量汞进行测定.平行测定的相对标准偏差和回收率结果表明,该方法简便、实用,有较好的准确度和精密度.
In the paper the tissues of the edible river snail,stone snail and river clamwere digested and the trace mercury was assayed by the cold vapor atomic absorption method.By the relative standard deviation of the par-allel sample determination and the r ate of recovery of the additionalsta ndardsamplesthe result,showed that was simple,practical and highly accura te.
