摘要
本文分析了MCP的动态范围与增益之间的关系,指出两者是一对矛盾;增益越大,动态范围越小,反之亦然。而动态范围越大,灰度级分辨力越高,成像越清晰。应用MCP,应在保证足够增益的前提下,尽量使其在较大动态范围下运转,以便使成像更清晰。调整MCP工作电压提高成像清晰度的实质,正是由于牺牲部分增益提高了动态范围的结果。
This article analyzes a relationship between the dynamic range and the gain of MCP. The dynamic range is inversely propotional to the gain. The higher the gain, the lesser the dynamic range. The larger the dynamic range, the higher the grey scale level, therefore, the definiter the image. Using MCP, therefore, at ensuring sufficient gain, it shall be operated at as large dynamic range as possible, in order to make image more clear. The nature of imcreacing image definition of MCP through adjusting its working voltage is just as a result of imcreasing dynamic range.
