摘要
以尿素生产过程中的未反应气为碳化气 ,采用连续鼓泡碳化法生产超细碳酸钙 ,使传统的氮肥工业与超细碳酸钙实现联合生产 ,以提高尿素转化率 ,简化尿素生产流程 ,降低能耗 。
With the unreacted gas from urea production as the carbonating gas, the continuous bubbling carbonation process is used to give ultrafine calcium carbonate, to realize its co-production in the conventional nitrogenous fertilizer industry, thereby increasing urea conversion, simplifying the urea technological process, reducing energy consumption, and also blazing a new trail for the co-production of ultrafine calcium carbonate.
