针对新851井出现的重大险情和沉痛教训,指出天然气工程安全技术规范制定的非常必要和及时,必须严格认真贯彻执行《规范》,天然气井的建设才能实现安全、优质、高效之目的。
Because fatal danger of new 851 well happened and it is necessity to learn a lesson from this bitter experience, 'safety technology criterion of natural gas engineering' was made very necessarily and very timely . The criterion has to been implemented seriously to realize construction of natural well with safety, high quality and high efficiency.
