摘要
根据不同地形类别、不同交通量和几何线形条件 ,调查了国内代表各片区特点的 15条正在运营的高速公路 .通过对 10 7个断面的现场调查与大量实测数据分析 ,研究我国高速公路不同地形类别和不同线形情况下的车速分布情况、车速变化规律以及相关的影响因素 .将平直路段小型车的运行车速作为高速公路平直段限制车速取值的依据 ,用回归分析的方法建立了运行车速与平曲线半径、运行车速与坡度之间的关系模型 。
107 typical sections of fifteen freeways with different terrains, traffic volumes and geometric alignments in China were investigated and analysed for speed distribution, speed changing rule and influence factors correlative with the operation speed for cars over even and straight section used as the gist of speed limit. Models have been established for the relationship between operation speed and radius and the relationship between operation speed and gradient by means of regression analysis. Methods have been suggested to decide the rational speed limit and the rational speed limit value for the curved section and the gradient section of freeways in China from the viewpoint of operational management.
