摘要
通过Delphi5 0开发平台 ,利用可视化和面向对象技术以及数据和功能的模块化开发思想 ,依据国家标准及相应的行业标准 ,基于专家知识和经验开发法兰密封专家系统。该系统可以实现法兰密封元件选用及管理的自动化和智能化 ,能够降低密封设计和管理的工作量 ,避免人为错误。同时 ,本系统采用动态构件和DLL (动态连接库 )技术 ,减小推理机推理过程的复杂性 ,降低其冗余度 ,可以增强程序的可移植性和开放性 ,提高开发效率。
Using the Delphi development tool, visual and OOD method, and the modular programming investigation idea of data and function, the expert system for flange sealing is developed. It is based on the national and industry criterions, professional knowledge and experience. The selection of sealing elements and the manage of sealing system can be intelligently and automatically implemented by the expert system. And it can reduce workload and avoid artificial errors. In order to decrease the degree of complexity and redundancy of inference engine, the expert system uses the dynamic controls and DLLs. At the same time, it can buildup the transplanting and opening capability.
