摘要 全球气候变化已成为当前全人类需要面对的共同难题,绿色建筑实践作为建筑领域应对全球气候变化的重要策略在全球范围得到广泛开展,然而随着绿色建筑研究的深入,人们逐渐认识到仅仅依靠技术手段并不能解决所有问题,绿色建筑实践需要一整套的系统性工具和方法来引导和规范。绿色建筑评价体系的产生为绿色建筑的引导和规范起到了巨大的推动作用。英国作为工业革命的发源地,严重的环境问题最早地暴露出来,因而也诞生了全世界第一个绿色建筑评估体系——建筑研究所环境评估法(Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method,以下简称BREEAM),经过几十年的不断发展。
